Here at Qld Sewing Machines we welcome new Industrial customers and offer full on-site servicing (both residential and commercial) for all your Industrial machines. With a combined industry knowledge of over 140 years our experienced technicians know exactly how to get your machines running perfectly, all day, every day.
Our on-site service charges are charged at an hourly rate for labour and travel time and begin from when our technician leaves our office/workshop in Loganholme and end when they arrive back to our office/workshop.
If you are a new customer a 1hr / 2hr deposit will be charged via Credit Card at the time of booking, which will be dependant on travel time and number of machines to be serviced.
** Please note, any oil, filters, belts, spare parts, needles or accessories that may be required are not included in our service prices. **
We also offer servicing at our Loganholme workshop on all makes and models of industrial machines. If you choose to bring your machine into us, please ensure you bring your threads and fabric so that our technicians are able to test and set your machine to your requirements.
