Here at QLD Sewing Machines we take great pride in being able to provide you with quality service and products for all domestic sewing machines. Our fully qualified technicians will thoroughly inspect your machine and depending on the machine’s individual requirements (plus any parts, accessories and needles if required) could have your machine running perfectly within 7-10 business days (dependent on current servicing demands and part availability). With our “No Appointment Required” philosophy you are welcome to drop in to our show room any time during business hours and be assured that your machine will get the quality service it deserves.
Initial Assessment and Quote - $39
Let our technicians assess and diagnose your machine’s problem. After your service is completed the deposit amount will be deducted from your invoice total. However, if you choose not to proceed with your quote, your deposit charge covers the cost of the quoting and diagnosing process.
Further In-Depth Assessment and Quote - $59
This can occur during a regular quote process when the technician is unable to easily diagnose the problem. This allows for a more in-depth process to determine what is causing the issues. Due to the nature of this type of quote, this amount is unable to be refunded if the quote is not accepted. This amount is payable BEFORE any further assessment can be carried out on the machine.
Small Sewing Only Machines – From $159 (not including parts)
No LCD screen, traditional / non-computerised machine, less than 40 stitches.
Medium Sewing Only Machines – From $169 (not including parts)
Small LCD screen, computerised components with normal sized sewing area 40-160 stitches.
Large Sewing Only Machines – From $179 (not including parts)
LCD screen, computerised components with larger sized sewing area 161+ stitches.
Quilting Machines, straight stich only - From $169 (not including parts)
May or may not have a LCD screen, however will only do straight stitch (does not include long arm machines)
Embroidery Only Machines (not including parts)
Price dependent on hoop size
Multineedle / commercial style Embroidery only machine (not including parts)
Price dependent on needle count
Combination Machines – Price dependent on hoop size if applicable (not including parts)
General sewing and quilting machines, general sewing and embroidery machines, or any combination of these. This also includes overlocker / coverstitch combinations and sewing / overlocker combinations.
Overlockers– Price dependent on thread quantity (not including parts)
Coverstitch only machines – From $179 (not including parts)
